If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages (SMS) from Americas Web Design, including service updates, appointment and project notifications, customer care, and, where you separately agree, promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 5. Disclaimer

The materials on our website are provided as is. We make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or results of any materials or linked resources.

6. Limitation of liability

Americas Web Design is not liable for any loss of data or profit, or for business interruption, arising from the use of or inability to use this website, even if we have been advised such damages are possible. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
